All shared, reseller, and semi-dedicated hosting plans include cPanel access. Your cPanel username and password are sent to you through a New Account Information email when your hosting service is first activated. There are multiple methods you can use to access cPanel:

1. If your website already has its nameservers/DNS pointed to our hosting, you can login to cPanel at https://yourdomain.com:2083 or https://yourdomain.com/cpanel or https://cpanel.yourdomain.com (Replace yourdomain.com with your actual web site you have hosted with us)
   
   
2. If your website is not using our nameservers/DNS, you can login to cPanel using your server's hostname. Refer to your New Account Information email for the hostname and hostname based cPanel login URL
   
   
3. Within your client area at https://my.hawkhost.com/clientarea.php?action=services click the green "Active" button to the right of your service. On the following page, you will see a menu titled "One Click Login" which can be used to access cPanel.
