How do I cancel / disable renewal for my domain? Print

If you have a domain name registered through Hawk Host and would like to cancel / disable auto-renewal, you'll need to follow these steps:

1. Login to your client area at https://my.hawkhost.com/clientarea.php
   
   
2. Once logged in, Click 'Domains' from the menu navigation, and from the dropdown select 'My Domains':
   
   
   
   
3. Use the provided search or manually locate for the domain name you do not wish to renew. Once you have located the domain, click the radio checkbox to the left of the domain name:
   
   
   
   
4. With the radio checkbox next to the domain selected, click the 'More...' dropdown and then select 'Auto Renewal Status':
   
   
   
   
5. Select 'Disable Auto Renewal':
   
   
   
   
6. Go back to your domains overview page at https://my.hawkhost.com/clientarea.php?action=domains and confirm auto-renewal was successfully disabled:
