When paying an invoice through cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, XRP, DOGE) you may see the below notice waiting for your invoice to generate a payment link:
This payment method requires your browser allow both JavaScript and pop-up notifications. If your payment link does not load after a few seconds of viewing the invoice, please try the following methods to resolve this issue:
- Enable JavaScript in your browser, or add an exception to your plugins used to block JavaScript for the domain my.hawkhost.com
- Make sure your browser permissions for the domain my.hawkhost.com allow pop-up notifications
- Use a different browser, one that does not block JavaScript or pop-up notifications by default
- Use an incognito or private browser session
