unsupported YUM repo hawkhost-one Print

  • 0

The Hawk Host one repository provides our one-context script, which provides a variety of functionality, such as automatic resizing of disks upon upgrades. However, AlmaLinux 8 and later it is not necessary and can be safely removed. You can remove it by doing the following:

yum remove one-context
rm -f /etc/yum.repos.d/HawkHost-One.repo

The context functionality will soon be entirely unnecessary, and restoring it may produce unexpected results depending on how you configured your server. However, if you wish to install it, the one-context package is available now as part of almalinux-release-opennebula-addons and can be installed by doing as follows:

dnf install -y almalinux-release-opennebula-addons
dnf install -y one-context
