All shared, reseller, and semi-dedicated hosting plans offer FTP, SFTP, and FTPS access for uploading and managing your sites and files. For shared, reseller, and semi-dedicated hosting plans your FTP login is the same as your cPanel username and password, included in your New Account Information email. You can also create secondary FTP accounts through cPanel.

For Windows users, we suggest WinSCP for an FTP client. For Linux or Mac users, we suggest either FileZilla or CyberDuck

However, any FTP client of your personal preference is supported, we do not require you use any specific FTP client or software to connect to your hosting on our servers.
