Our billing system will automatically generate your renewal invoice 7 days prior to the renewal due date. You will also be emailed a copy of the invoice once it is generated. If you have a payment method saved on your client area profile we will attempt to use that payment method for your renewal. If the stored payment method fails you will be notified through email.
You'll also have a 7 day grace period after the invoice due date before your account is suspended for non-payment. If you need additional time to complete payment past the default 7 day grace period please contact our billing department and an additional payment extension can be provided.
You can also manually renew your hosting service or domain registration at any time:

- Once you've logged in, use the main menu navigation to select Services => Renew Services
- You will be redirected to https://my.hawkhost.com/service-renewals and this cart will guide you through manually renewing your service(s)

- Login to your client area at https://my.hawkhost.com/login
- Once you've logged in, use the main menu navigation and select Domains => Renew Domains
