Due to a recent software upgrade, existing customers will no longer see their previous ticket history for any ticket created prior to June 27th, 2023. To have your account's ticket history restored, please open a ticket with our support department through https://my.hawkhost.com/submitticket.php requesting your ticket history be restored. To expedite the request please provide your account's support PIN (https://my.hawkhost.com/knowledgebase/160/What-is-my-support-PIN-and-where-do-I-locate-it.html) as part of your initial request so our team can verify your account ownership.
