By default we do not block any ports on our cloud compute or VPS plans. Customers often ask specifically about email ports and port 25, and per the normal policies those ports are not blocked by default on our services.

Hawk Host has a zero tolerance policy for spam/UCE on its network. Any services found violating these policies by sending spam/UCE will be permanently suspended without exception and without refund.
